A day of alternating between rain, sleet, snow with heavyish snow on and off over the last hour and half but only leaving a slushy mess at this altitude.

Dawn was the mildest part of the day at 6c but it quickly fell to a raw feeling 2c by lunchtime and it’s remained around that since.
a complete turnaround from the start of week and at this time of year and after feeling the sun on my back, not one I wanted

Yes significant change, big contrasts to yesterday even with temps into the mid teens. A high of 2 degrees at noon would be a notably cold day in the height of winter but not too abnormal late March still.

A distinctly chilly feel out right now, a real contrast to previous days. It has been an overcast and at times damp day with a max temperature of 7C. Temp currently 2.9C with light rain.

I’m currently in the South of France and it’s been peeing down all day. They need it but I’d be fed up if we had thick snow at home if I’m away .

Just turning to snow here as well and quite heavy. This is unexpected. Was supposed to be dry and I don’t expect any showers to make it this far west later.

The only snow has been outside of winter here then. 28th November and 30th March. Not often you can say that.

Unexpected snow here today, mostly light. It comes as a surprise as April is only two days away!!

Only a few days ago we are basking in 16-20C weather!! Crazy!!

Heavy snow. Just what the doctor didn’t order. Go away, it’s almost April, gonna kill my seeds. Dunno who it thinks it is, hides away from the end of November then comes back to kill all my crops. Stupid weather

I was under the impression it was supposed to clear up after lunchtime so that’s why it’s a surprise to me.

Snowing here now, seems odd watching them flutter passed the solar powered garden lights which have all come on over the passed few days.  Bit of a wind picked up too and down to1°.
