Just experienced the squall line, it was quite something to behold. Someone described it earlier as a mini tornado, a pretty accurate description I'd say.

Ngl I kinda feel like an amber warning should be issued for this storm.

EDIT: For parts in England.

Here it seems gustier than Eunice. Franklin is 20mph Gusting 53mph.While Eunice was 39mph Gusting 64 at the worst.

Should be an Amber for most of England.

Squall line just passed over Colchester, wind didn't seem that high but some intense rainfall. Lights flickered a few times.

Squall line went through Exeter about 5.20pm, huge gusts of wind behind it, would be really interested to know how strong they were in mph, must have been in the high 60's, brief power cut in the hospital too.

Will post a video when I get home

We're up at near F10 speeds for multiple hours as well.

I just went out to try and prop up the single remaining fence panel and (excuse my old hippy ponderings) the wind feels more malevolent than yesterday. Perhaps my over active imagination was just due to the dark lol

It's much stronger here too, we just had a god almighty squall with hail and severe gales come through. The worst of the winds will be tomorrow morning too
